Orders placed Mon. through Fri. by 11:30 a.m. EST, will be shipped the same day if requested. During the following holidays, orders must be received at least five business days prior to the holiday for guaranteed on-time delivery:

Shipping
All standard deliveries are shipped Airborne or FedEx Ground service (generally delivered in 3 - 5 business days). By request, we will expedite your order and ship either Airborne next day service, or Airborne 2nd day service. However, our corporate expedited shipping rates are significantly higher.

Sales Tax
Orders placed within the state of Ohio will be subject to Ohio state sales tax.
Refunds
We use the utmost care when we package and prepare each of your baskets for shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot always determine how your basket will be treated once it leaves our showroom. Replacements or refunds will be granted in the event a basket or product(s) within the basket is damaged or broken in transit. The Unexpected must be notified of the problem within 36 hours of receipt, and the damaged product(s) or basket will be replaced or refunded immediately.
The Unexpected makes every effort possible to meet its customer's anticipated delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee "on-time" delivery for last-minute orders or orders placed 5 days or less prior to any major holiday.
